#2290 Business Partner Browse Button Missing

Hi In Performance Analysis Business Partner Browse Button Missing ,
Use Case ;
Performance Analysis > Performance Measurement > SLA Criteria Window > Create new SLA Criteria and save it >then open next tab SLA Goal > Create new SLA Goal you will see that Business Partner Browse Button Missing .
We are using version 3.5.4a ,

Confirmed the problem - there is a workaround and is to capture the SLA Goal in "SLA by Partner" window - but then I cannot figure out why this field is not enabled (it's readonly in AD_Column)
