The checkboxes that activate fulltext searching in Item
Search are not necessary because the radio buttons will
only be checked if fulltext search is desired.

The checkboxes can be eliminated, and instead of
checking for their presence in the script, check for the
presence of a radio button ('authrad' and 'titlerad'). If
no radio buttons are selected, the radio buttons' CGI
parameter will not be present.
