    Simple Desc:
The recycle bin cleaning option is not supported on Win95 or
    WinNT

    Resolution:
I will forward this to Alex who is the guy who developed that
section and maybe he will be able to find an alternative API
    for those OS'

    Tech Desc:
This is caused by the fact that the API call to clear the
recycle bin is not supported in the above versions of Windows.

Alex just told me a quick work around for the problem is to
download and install the common controls update for Window
95/NT from Microsoft. The url is in the readme about box
thing if you can't find it.
