Apple has issued a cease and desist order against Mac Themes Project (MTP) for creating a theme editor.
Apple claims the editor enables third parties to copy its copyrighted trademark themes by "improperly copying Apple's copyrighted software code and graphic files".

Also if I have missed anyone out please contact me.
For those of you who did not read this on the Winmac page, the Achelous Kernel Development Site is at http://188.8.131.52/ I am expecting 1 more IP change as the company who is providing the IP's for the Cable Modems in town is going bankrupt, and we are in the process of changing to a new company. I will let you know when/if the IP changes.
The WinMac Project will offically be changed to Achelous when the CVS has been copied.
We are hoping to have this project online within the next 2 weeks. Hopefully earlier.
