#224 modifyThread permission not granted

In my application I do ExecutorService.shutdown() just
before exit. Using Abbot, this fails because the
'modifyThread' permission is not granted. A workaround
for this is to disable the abbot securitymanager.

Unfortunately, the Executor code doesn't use the security
manager to check for access, it uses AccessController, and
so it gets the wrong answer...
