#87 Add tracking to 'process queue' report

Add a tracking indicator to the 'ask process queue'
report showing where new items end and previously
reported items begin. This would make it easier to see
what has already been checked when reviewing the
'process queue' report. Something like

----- end of new items -----

to show where previously reported items start in the
queue listing.
