Search and Whatever releases Database Edition

Search and Whatever has released its first Database Edition. The Database Edition allows users to connect to a database via JDBC and search, filter, and access the data. See http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=53202 for downloads.

Search and Whatever is a search, filter, and "action" utility targeted at power users and developers. It features both graphical and command-line interfaces. The current version searches for/filters files, then does whatever you specify (copy, delete, move, etc.). It also support searching database information based on table.field names and/or types, executing of dynamic SQL, and filtering/display of table data. Search and Whatever releases first plug-in pack

Search and Whatever has released its first expansion pack of plug-ins named "FileX". FileX supports search criteria such as largest/smallest in folder, in folder named, and has file extension. See https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=53202 for downloads.

Search and Whatever Version 1.0 (beta) released

"A few years ago, I was using one of the many search-and-replace utilities available to change some files. I wanted to back-up the files I was modifying, as well as keep a list of the files I changed. I wasn't able to find exactly the program to do it, and... voila... an idea was born."

Search and Whatever ("Saw") is a utility for performing search, filter, and "action" tasks.
