dominigue is a DOM engine which implements
W3C DOM Level 2 in GLib.

Core and Events module implemented on libxml.
Style module is implementing on base of libcroco.

Interaction between EventTarget and EventListener
is the most important feature of this release.
This will enable the gybe to connect to dominigue.
