Hi ho sailor, git is there for about 2 months, and is now prouved to be too dumb for most of you guys, all projects are now splitted, this is a complete unmanageable bazar. Why the hell everyone is following Linus (http://blog.borgnet.us/2005/12/14/linus-calls-gnome-developers-nazis/) Looking at the Jenkins stats is a real proof that it's non productive, it's even sound that some developers job is to volontary break things https://build.enlightenment.org/cigame take at a look at the bottom list. Slap them, and twice for cedric who seems to take a lot of pleasure masking crap. This is why you should need something faster with high level commandset with nice UI and adapted to mess workflow. So, starting now until the end of the time, bazaar has replaced git. Thanks to Launchpad for this great project. Why the hell everyone is following Linus ( It's now available at http://bzr.enlightenment.fr Yes, raster has been too lazy to create a real domain. All git data have been deleted with no backup (except those of you who pretend to use git). All the splitted git repositoried have been merged again as in archaic SVN. Some needed essential commands : = Checkout: bzr checkout bzr://bz...@bz.../trunk e == Do crap in code ahah, no need to teach you == Commit / Add bzr add file.xls bzr diff bzr commit -m 'Unusefull message, who gonna take care ?' file.xls == View log bzr log And that's enough for today lesson, take a look at http://doc.bazaar.canonical.com/latest/en/mini-tutorial/ Hura ! -- Beber |
