[threeten-develop] Greeting

Hello everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself here as I started posting comments to the 
issue list at github

My name is Dan Chiba. I am in the Server Globalization Technology group 
at Oracle. We help product teams to satisfy i18n requirements. We serve 
a wide range of products day by day to support customers all over the 
world. I would like to help the Threeten project so the deliverables 
will meet i18n expectations. For some of the i18n issues I will reach 
out to my many colleagues dealing with global i18n issues, as well as 
making my own input to help resolve them.
