ET材质。上面我们说到的矿泉水瓶、饮料瓶和一次性餐盒等等大多都是这种材质。</P>

<P><BR>这种材质只要按照规定正常使用，对人体健康是没有危害的，可如果是像以下几种这样使用，就有一定健康风险了。</P>
<P>①盛放高温液体</P>
<P>以前小时候，我们总喜欢用矿泉水瓶装热水。这一代的孩子，因为现在的饮料瓶颜值设计得都比较高，所以又拿来装热水。</P>
<P>殊不知，PET不耐高温，只能盛放70℃以下的食物或热水，一旦超过这个温度塑料瓶就会形变并迁移出危害人体健康的有害物质。</P>
<P>另外有人喜欢拿饮料瓶装食用油，并且大多还是放在灶台边上的，这样也很危险。因为长期的高温同样会加剧塑料瓶中有害物质的迁移和扩散。</P>
<P>②改变盛放的东西</P>
<P>这些塑料瓶原本是用来装水、饮料、果汁和茶饮的，可现实生活中有人习惯将其拿来装醋。不光是在家里，在外面的快餐店和小饭店里，我们也经常能见到这种拿饮料
瓶装醋的。</P>
<P>醋的pH值很低，并且绝大多数PET塑料瓶在生产时都可能用到一种名为“锑”的金属催化剂。这个“锑”在酸性和碱性环境中迁出率都会增加。</P>
<P>锑有一定的生物毒性，对我们的皮肤、心脏、肾脏和肝脏等组织器官造成损害。虽说小剂量的锑对人体的伤害和影响不明显，但就怕长期的日积月累，这必然会对人体
造成无法挽回的损伤。</P>

<P><BR>③长期盛放某种东西</P>
<P>既然塑料瓶不能用来装热水、油和醋等调料，那用来装大米、小米和豆子等，总可以了吧？</P>
<P>看似天衣无缝，完美无缺，实际上也有很大的漏洞。饮料和瓶装水都有一个保质期，其实这个保质期不仅仅是产品本身的保质期，同时也是这个塑料瓶的保质期。</
P>
<P>塑料瓶也有保质期？很多人可能第一次听说这个概念，事实上PET会随着长时间使用而老化，并加剧有害物质的迁移。我们在用塑料瓶装大米和豆子时，一般会装很
久，并且很多还是放在灶台边上，自然就有健康风险了。</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P><BR>塑料餐盒反复使用也要注意！</P>
<P>有些人习惯将塑料餐盒直接放在微波炉里加热，这里需要提醒一下，大部分塑料餐盒都是不能加热的。</P>
<P>塑料餐盒的标准分别有1（PET）、5（PP）和6（PS）这3种，前面我们已经说了PET的耐热程度为70℃，PS的则是90℃，只有PP材质的耐热程度
达到了130℃，也就是说只有PP材质的塑料餐盒是能放进微波炉加热的。</P>
<P>不过还是要提醒一句，哪怕是PP材质的一次性餐盒，也尽量不要多次使用。毕竟是一次性的，有些商家为了控制成本，一般都没有很高的安全标准。因此一旦多次使
用，就可能破坏其稳定性，导致有害物质析出。</P>
<P>超市里的塑料袋，别再拿回家用了！</P>
<P>很多人喜欢把超市里的塑料袋拿回家使用，我们在一些路边摊和小餐馆吃饭时，商家也喜欢用一次性塑料袋套着碗，省得再洗碗。殊不知，这些做法都是在“慢性投毒
”！</P>
<P>&nbsp;</P>
<P><BR>这些塑料袋大多都是PE材质，当然我们不能一看到PE就觉得可以使用，PE作为一种很广泛的概念，为了适合不同的使用场景，因此会使用不同的添加成
分与生产工艺。</P>
<P>首先，这类塑料袋不宜装热食和烫食，因为其耐热性很差，不能超过80℃。一旦超过这个温度就可能析出邻苯二甲酸酯，这是一种有害物质，长期用这种塑料袋装热
食烫食，对人体的伤害很大。</P>
<P>其次，它不能装冷冻食品。我们在超市购买冷冻肉或者冷冻食品后，回到家习惯直接塞进冰箱。殊不知这种塑料袋的密封性一般很差，导致肉类在冰箱里微生物和细菌
的作用下很容易腐化。</P>
<P>最后，这种PE塑料袋不宜装油脂高的食物和含有酒精的食物，常见的有酒、醋、炸鸡、酸菜鱼、麻辣烫和毛血旺等。这会导致袋子在溶解后破损和渗漏，最终析出有
害物质。</P>

室被扣留12小时；飞到洛杉矶等待转机又被扣留5小时，然后被送回北京。这些暗黑时刻，她记得无比清楚。</FONT></P>

F1留学签，不成想被快速遣返，更严重的是，5年内被禁止入境美国。如果申诉不成功，孟菲就无法在美国进行2024年的博士学位答辩。而申诉至少需要6个月时间，
她的生物学实验等不起。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>更让孟菲震惊的是，就在返回家乡的高铁上，她找到了近期在华盛顿杜勒斯国际机场（IAD）与她有相同遭遇的6个难友，且均为女生。不仅
如此，她还发现另有2个女生在国内机场值机时就被通知撤签而无法登机。</FONT></P>

color=silver>她们反复复盘，仍然找不到被遣返的原因。唯一确定的是，她们的赴美留学梦要断了。</FONT></P>

color=silver>抵达华盛顿杜勒斯国际机场4小时后，孟菲被告知签证有问题，遣返回国。她不幸成为了机场当天唯一的被遣返受害者。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>孟菲在小黑屋待了8个小时，得知被拒入境后的第一件事，就是要她全款自付遣返回中国的机票3700美元，没有任何其他选择。而她当天抵
达美国的机票才1000美元。</FONT></P>

color=silver>审查孟菲的官员是一名叫Epstein的女审查官，短发，没穿制服。同她一起审问和检查电子设备的还有另一个名叫Pratt的女审查官
，金发，个子不高，也没有穿制服。其他几位难友遇到的审查官也都是Pratt。</FONT></P>

color=silver>受害者同盟遭遇审查的重点问题包括，本科时是否获得过学校奖学金、是否受到国家留学基金委（CSC）奖学金资助、有无参与保密研究等。

color=silver>孟菲是本科奖学金获得者，没有涉及国家留学基金委奖学金项目，没有参与保密研究。</FONT></P>

color=silver>在对笔录进行签字时，孟菲被告知签字只是确认问话属实，却无法看到要签字内容的详情。直到签完字，她才得知自己不仅要被快速遣返，还背
上了5年禁令。她对此气愤不已：做笔录时海关审查官一直在诱导她尽快接受遣返回国的决定，说只要回国重新办签证就可以顺利入境，整个过程会很快、很容易，完全没有
提到5年禁令。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>她没有选择。在身旁两个持枪和电棍的警察的注视下，她只能照做，脑子里想的都是如何赶快离开这个可怕的地方，然后拿到手机跟外界取得联
系。</FONT></P>

color=silver>海关噩梦并未结束。8小时小黑屋等待之后，是让人倍感屈辱的搜身，接着就是12小时的禁闭，“海关人员说要把我关在一个什么room里
面，我记不得了。可能耳朵没让我听进去，大脑也没让我记住”。她的随身行李、大衣、鞋子、毛衣，甚至咳嗽药都不能带进去。房间内有行军床、沙发、小孩的书本玩具、
没有门的卫生间和多个监控，但没有钟表。好在有电视，可以显示时间。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>在那个有点冷的单人间，孟菲只拿到3条床单过夜。她只睡了一个多小时，其间还多次惊醒，多亏有一部《X战警》电影帮她打发了2个小时。
其他时间，她都只是机械地按着遥控器，什么也看不进去，消磨着时间，等待登机回国。</FONT></P>

color=silver>准备登机的时候，她才知道只有落地北京才能拿回自己的手机，而在这之前48个小时，她都没法向家人报平安。</FONT></P>

color=silver>过了最难的关，洛杉矶机场的搜身、5小时扣留就不算什么了。在飞往洛杉矶的航班上，孟菲惦记的是如何能联系上家人并让他们知道自己的情
况，幸亏iPad在随身行李里没有被收走，她得以告知家人自己回国的航班号。</FONT></P>

color=silver>落地北京后，出入境管理局的工作人员帮忙给孟菲的手机充电，记录了这几天发生的事情，最后让她签字和按指纹。她终于可以发消息给家人了

color=silver>在回家的高铁上，孟菲通过社交媒体联系上了同样在杜勒斯国际机场被遣返的一个女生，同样在2023年12月被拒绝入境而遣返，同样在美
国攻读博士学位。</FONT></P>

color=silver>这些难友有一个微信群，其中6名女生都是在杜勒斯国际机场被遣返的。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>这些女生的遭遇大同小异。美国约翰斯·霍普金斯大学的魏娜和室友是在2023年11月24日被关小黑屋的。她在正式笔录期间被问到一些
敏感的问题，比如是否参过军、和教育部有无联系、是否获得国家的资助。尽管她的回答都是否定的，审查官仍然告知她：“你的 
F1和 B1/B2签证不再有效，不被允许进入美国。我们会将你送返回中国最早的航班。你需要申请新的签证才能重新入境。”</FONT></P>

color=silver>多次找审查官询问后，魏娜得到的回答是，其签证在入境前两天就被美国驻华大使馆取消了。然而回国后，她多次联系美国驻华大使馆，得到的
回复是，不是大使馆撤销的，而是美国海关的决定。因此，她怀疑海关审查官的说辞并不真实，而只是诱导她接受遣返回国的话术。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>截至本文成稿前，她们的受害者联盟又多了2位难友，1位在同一机场被遣返，1位在国内值机前被撤签。她们一共11人。</FONT><

color=silver>所有这些让孟菲有了探案的动力，她要通过受害者的共性找到被快速遣返的原因。她创建了一个Excel文档，目前有10位难友按照要求填
了表，另有1位值机撤签的难友信息不详。</FONT></P>

color=silver>结果发现：10人均为名校毕业生，涉及北京大学、清华大学、上海交通大学、北京邮电大学、华中科技大学和电子科技大学等学校；国内所获
学位的专业背景包括生物科学、预防医学、统计学、材料物理化学、通信工程、德语和工商管理等；目前在美就读学校包括耶鲁大学、约翰斯·霍普金斯大学、弗吉尼亚大学
等；10人中有2个硕士生一年级、3个博士生一年级、2个博士生五年级、1个博士生六年级，还有1个博士后和1个持工作签证的女生。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>8位被遣返的同学中有4人本科时曾获得过校级奖学金，1人获得CSC奖学金；均没有参与保密研究；其中1人还被问及为何会有俄罗斯的旅
游签证。但海关没有告知任何一个人被遣返的明确理由。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>她们不能理解的是，本科获得奖学金，难道不是学业优秀的证明吗？难道竟成为了赴美学习的障碍？</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>孟菲注意到，审查官重点审查了她的手机，她的电脑和行李均没有被仔细审查。但在后续问询中，审查官并没有提及她的手机有任何问题或敏感
信息，也没有对手机相关内容进行提问。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>基于目前已知被遣返的几人都是女生，她们猜测，美国海关的这些行动是不是不仅有种族歧视，还涉及性别歧视。由于最近几起案例都集中发生
在近一个月之内，甚至由同一位海关官员经手，她们怀疑这些美国海关审查官是不是为了完成年终遣返指标而匆忙赶工。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>一个众所周知的背景是，2020年6月3日，美国前总统特朗普签署了第10043号行政令，以国家安全为名，禁止特定学生和学者获得F
/J 
签证。然而这些难友所涉及的学校和专业均不在该行政令的范畴内，且大多无明显10043号行政令涉及的特征。一些迹象显示，该禁令在最近几年内扩大了影响范围，并
仍然有进一步扩大的趋势。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>让多个同学更加不能接受的是，她们发现笔录被有意或无意地窜改过。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" 
color=silver>有个同学的笔录中无故多了一段涉及中国高端人才计划以及去军工单位的描述。另一位同学的本科研究是金砖五国中的南非，但笔录完全没有提
及，反而强调金砖五国中有俄罗斯和中国。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT style="BACKGROUND-COLOR: silver" color=silver>前路</FONT></P>

color=silver>突遭变故，孟菲临门一脚的博士学位就这样黄了吗？</FONT></P>

color=silver>在美国海关的时候，孟菲对自己的未来琢磨了无数种可能。要是有先见之明，她当初怎么也要等拿到毕业证再回国。要是有更多准备，她可以申
请撤回这次美国入境申请，这样或许就不会拿到5年入境禁令。但是8位被遣返的女生中有7位对此完全不知情，直接拿到了5年禁令。海关只通知那位最早被遣返的难友撤
回入境申请，并没有告知其他7位有撤回入境申请的选择。</FONT></P>

color=silver>耶鲁大学的一位华人教授对孟菲的遭遇非常关心，帮她求助了很多人。这位教授是特朗普政府“中国行动计划”的受害者，曾被暂时停职数月。
孟菲对他很是感激，因为他“淋过雨”，所以他也想给别人“打把伞”。</FONT></P>

color=silver>按照计划，孟菲现在本来应该是在实验室专注补实验的。她需要补充一些实验，然后就开始撰写文章投稿，再之后就是毕业答辩。</FONT
