Your translation file should be named JProjectTimerResource_nl.properties
You could add the .properties file to your feature request (use the upload attachment button), then we can include the file into our CVS.
To test your translation locally, you need to get the JProjectTimer source code, copy your file next to the other translation file and compile and run jprojecttimer. If your locale is set correctly (LANG=nl_NL), your translation should be used.

Well, since I don't have the Java RTE installed correctly at home yet, and I don't have internet there, I suppose I'll just upload the file. I hope that you can review the bit because some things at the top might not be correct.
As I posted a while ago here: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1377643&group_id=21850&atid=374530
I finished the Dutch translation. However, I have no idea how to test it! And when I've tested it, where to I submit it? Thanks in advance.

There is no file upload here so I uploaded it at the patches section: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=add&group_id=21850&atid=374529
The patch worked for me. I've added your translation to CVS.
