We present the package Optimizer, aimed at constructing and optimizing general mathematical models of phenomena of versatile nature. It is written in the Matlab algorithmic language and is executed in the Matlab environment with partial functionality in Octave. The convenient visual interface and the detailed manuals are provided. The main benefit of the package is its capability to construct models of any level of complexity in a block-by-block manner. Elementary model blocks can be collected in libraries, and we have already written many such library programs. Many of these programs are already available along with the main package. Currently, the main focus of these is computational quantum mechanics, analysis and simulation of molecular spectra, and general-purpose approximants. The package provides the most reliable modern strategies for linear and non-linear model optimization, regularization, and hypothesis tests. Parallel computing is supported.

PAPAS (Path Planning Algorithms Suite) is a set of algorithms intended for path planning. It has common algorithms like PRM, RRT, Wavefront Planner, etc. The implementation is done in C language.

Randomized Algorithms Control Toolbox is a Matlab toolbox, provides analysis and synthesis methods for control problems with uncertainties.

Reconstruction and Visualization from Multiple Sections (ReViMS), an open-source, user-friendly software for automatically estimating volume and several other features of 3D multicellular aggregates (i.e., cancer spheroid, zebrafish, fruit fly). ReViMS requires a z-stack of 2D binary masks, obtained by segmenting a sequence of fluorescent images acquired by scanning the aggregate along the z axis, using a confocal or a light-sheet fluorescent microscope. It provides a number of tools for: (a) segmenting z-stacks of fluorescence images; (b) reconstructing the 3D surface of the aggregates and estimating several features (including the volume). ReViMS is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA). GDS2HFSS is a circuit design utility to convert 2-dimensional layout file in GDS stream format into a 3-dimensional structure in electromagnetic (EM) simulator - ANSYS High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS).

Thank you for your interest in Speedy Composer. Speedy Composer is an automated application for composing melodies for Speedy Net members. We recently made changes to the source code of Speedy Net, and converted it into the Python language and Django framework. Since Speedy Composer was originally written in PHP, it is not adapted to work with Speedy Net in its current form. So unfortunately we were forced to temporarily close the app Speedy Composer. But don't worry, we kept backups of all the tunes composed by Speedy Composer, and when the website is reopened we will upload them to the new site. Speedy Composer and Speedy Net are open source applications, free software. We are currently looking for volunteers to help us convert Speedy Composer to Python.
