    OpenBLAS is an optimized BLAS library based on GotoBLAS2 1.13 BSD version. The BLAS (Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms) are routines that provide standard building blocks for performing basic vector and matrix operations. The Level 1 BLAS performs scalar, vector and vector-vector operations, the Level 2 BLAS performs matrix-vector operations, and the Level 3 BLAS performs matrix-matrix operations. Because the BLAS are efficient, portable, and widely available, they are commonly used in the development of high-quality linear algebra software, LAPACK for example. The reference BLAS is included inside the LAPACK package. Please refer to tools built under Windows using Cmake the cross-platform, open-source build system. The new build system was developed in collaboration with Kitware Inc. Machine-specific optimized BLAS libraries are available for a variety of computer architectures. These optimized BLAS libraries are provided by the computer vendor or by an independent software vendor.

Typical applications involve "DXing" at LF, MF, HF, and VHF+ frequencies, including meteor scatter and EME ("moonbounce"). Major emphasis is placed on weak-signal techniques. Summary Program Descriptions: WSJT-X supports the communication protocols FST4, FT4, FT8, JT4, JT9, JT65, Q65, MSK144, WSPR, FST4W, and Echo, each optimized for different sorts of radio-wave propagation. MAP65 is designed for EME an VHF and higher frequencies. It provides a panoramic, polarization-matching receiver for the Q65 and JT65. modes. Since 1972 it pushes charged particles around accelerators and along beam lines, by step-wise resolution of the Lorentz force equation - and their spins by resolution of Thomas-BMT differential equation. Zgoubi is used for charged particle and beam dynamics simulations, and for accelerator and beam line design. It can simulate hadron and lepton beam and polarization dynamics in a large variety of accelerators (storage ring, synchrotron, cyclotron, microtron, linear and scaling FFAG, multi-pass ERL, etc.) and optical systems (magnetic and electrostatic optical components and beam lines, time-of-flight and mass spectrometers, etc.). We have added a number of new features, most notably a Python interface for interpreting user-supplied code (with the help of ForPy), a novel trajectory storage standard (with the help of libpqxx/PostgreSQL), and a module for performing transition path theory. Naturally, CAMPARI continues to provide the reference implementation of the ABSINTH force field paradigm and implicit solvation model. CAMPARI is a joint package for performing and analyzing molecular simulations, in particular of systems of biological relevance. It focuses on a wide availability of algorithms for (advanced) sampling and is capable of combining Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics in seamless fashion.     RANSFOIL is a console program to calculate airflow field around an isolated airfoil in low-speed, subsonic, transonic or supersonic regime by numerically solving the Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations using mature computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method. As postprocess results, the aerodynamic parameters of the airfoil, e.g., lift coefficient and drag coefficient, can be integrated from the airflow distribution near wall boundary. In addition, the coupling between airflow and heat transfer and the effect of surface roughness on near wall flow are considered by this program, it can be used for engineering calculation of the friction drag and heat transfer coefficients on airfoil surface. RANSFOIL reads coordinates data from a 1D XYZ file which describes the grid points or control points on airfoil as only input, then outputs grid and solution files in 2D PLOT3D format to record grid coordinates and airflow data and a report file to show aerodynamic parameters.
