MSR Tools is a source code evolution analysis tool. It consists of a framework for mining software repositories and tools for metric calculation, visualization, defect prediction.

These are two C++ libraries for symbolic, numeric and graphical manipulations in non-Euclidean geometry. There is GUI which allows to interact with these libraries by mouse clicks. On a dipper level the first library Cycle implements basic operations on cycles (quadrics) through FSCc construction. The second library Figure operates on ensembles of cycles connected by Moebius-invariant relations, e.g. orthogonality. Both libraries are based on the Clifford algebra capacities of the GiNaC computer algebra system (http://ginac.de). Besides C++ libraries there is a Python wrapper, which can be used in interactive mode (https://codeocean.com/capsule/7952650/). Both libraries work in arbitrary dimensions and signatures of metric. Additionally, there are some 2D/3D-specific routines including a visualisation to PostScript files through Asymptote (http://asymptote.sourcefourge.net) software. The source is written in literate programming NoWeb.

Application written in C# to store references for papers, convert them to APA format and then retrieve them again later (if needed). Not a ground-breaking application by any means, but it does the job.

Zettel is a program for taking notes from bibliographic references. Instead of marking the text on paper and then going crazy looking for where the copy ended up, the notes are saved in a database, linked to the reference from where they were copied. Notes can be tagged and retrieved in several ways. Zettel é um programa para fichamento de referências bibliográficas. libtdms is a C++ library for reading National Instruments TDMS files (http://www.ni.com/white-paper/3727/en).

This project defines the Simple API for Binary REpresentations (SABRE) for processing hierarchically structured, binary-oriented documents, comparable to the Simple API for XML (SAX). The library is e.g. used in the Java ISO Image Creator (JIIC).

extJWNL (Extended Java WordNet Library) is a Java API for creating, reading and updating dictionaries in WordNet format. extJWNL is an upgraded version of JWNL. The library features support for creating, editing and writing dictionaries; dictionary encodings, including UTF-8; Java generics; huge dictionaries; instance dictionaries and static singletone dictionary; Maven and more.

The software can handle genetic (e.g. SSR) and biochemical (e.g. isozyme) data, can construct similarity matrices and UPGMA or NJ dendograms. It can calculate the frequencies of null alleles in the case of genetic data as well as H (heterosigosity) and PIC (polymorphic Information Content) values. WiiC is a C/C++ library that manages Wii devices. It supports Wiimote, Nunchuck, Classic, Guitar Hero 3, Motion Plus, and Balance Board. It runs on Linux and Mac platforms.

Fuzzy machine learning framework is a library and a GUI front-end for machine learning using intuitionistic fuzzy data. The approach is based on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the possibility theory. Further characteristics are fuzzy features and classes; numeric, enumeration features and features based on linguistic variables; user-defined features; derived and evaluated features; classifiers as features for building hierarchical systems; automatic refinement in case of dependent features; incremental learning; fuzzy control language support; object-oriented software design with extensible objects and automatic garbage collection; generic data base support through ODBC or SQLite; text I/O and HTML output; an advanced graphical user interface based on GTK+; and examples of use.

A cross-platform text analysis program written in Python and Free Pascal/Lazarus which scans a whole text file (in plain text, HTML, EPUB, or ODT formats) and ranks all used words according to frequency, performing a quantitative analysis of the text using Shannon-Weaver information statistic and Zipf power law function. It counts words, sentences, chars, spaces, and syllables. Also computes readability indexes (Gunning-Fog, Coleman-Liau, Automated Readability Index (ARI), SMOG grade, Flesch–Kincaid grade level and Flesch Reading Ease).

- - - T H I S P R O J E C T M O V E D T O G I T H U B - - - A framework for the implementation of advanced real-time control systems which uses signal/block-based schematics (like Simulink) extended by several features like state machines and online-exchangeable sub-simulations. Besides, this framework properly handles multiple threads, their communication, allows to synchronise control systems to external events (e.g. variable timers or incoming network packages) and provides many other nice features. Because of a high-level schematic-description language -- in form of provided Scilab commands -- only a minimal implementation-effort (no error-prone C-programming) is required.

The Library is for Finite Transforms such as the Number Theoretic Transform (NTT) and Finite Radon Transform (FRT). Current modules include NTTW for NTTs with high resolution (microsecond) timing, basic array and imaging. The transforms are optimised for performance.

KherveFitting is a fully Open Source XPS Fitting software that is simple , snappy, easy to use and available across all platforms (Windows, Mac OS, Linux). The software is written in Python using well known libraries: Numpy, lmfit, matplotlib, panda. KherveFitting can open Excel files (.xlsx) or import/convert VAMAS files (.vms) into Excel format. Four background types available: Linear, Shirley, Smart, Adaptive Smart. Drag the red lines on the plot to set the background range. Fit single peaks or doublets. Doublet splitting values are stored in 'DS.txt'. Intensity ratios for doublets: 0.5 for p-shell, 0.67 for d-shell, 0.75 for f-shell.
