JavaScript vector library
Raphaël is a small JavaScript library that should simplify your work with vector graphics on the web. If you want to create your own specific chart or image crop and rotate widget, for example, you can achieve it simply and easily with this library. Raphaël ['ræfeɪəl] uses the SVG W3C Recommendation and VML as a base for creating graphics. This means every graphical object you create is also a DOM object, so you can attach JavaScript event handlers or modify them later. Raphaël’s goal is to provide an adapter that will make drawing vector art compatible cross-browser and easy. Raphaël currently supports Firefox 3.0+, Safari 3.0+, Chrome 5.0+, Opera 9.5+ and Internet Explorer 6.0+. Versions will be released as we gather and test new PRs. As there are a lot of browsers being supported it might take a while to accept a PR, we will use the feedback from other users too. You can use the raphaelTest.html to try things, you need to start a server in the root dir to start testing things there. -

The primary of purpose that gowitness serves is to take screenshots of websites and do that well. As such, gowitness has many ways to be told how to take a screenshot. By default, gowitness will store screenshots in a screenshots/ directory in the path where gowitness is being run from. It will also store all of the preflight information (initial HTTP response which includes headers & TLS information). -

"I see in 3D" (iCn3D) Structure Viewer is not only a web-based 3D viewer, but also a structure analysis tool interactively or in the batch mode using NodeJS scripts based on the npm package icn3d. iCn3D synchronizes the display of 3D structure, 2D interaction, and 1D sequences and annotations. Users' custom displays can be saved in a short URL or a PNG image. The complete package of iCn3D including Three.js and jQuery is in the directory "dist" after you get the source code with the "Code" button. View a 3D structure in iCn3D, input a PDB ID, and click "Load". You can also click the "File" menu to "Open File" or input other IDs. You can open a browser in your Virtual Reality (VR) headset and view a 3D structure in iCn3D. Then click the button "Enter VR" at the bottom center of your browser to enter the VR view. You can select residues with the trigger button. -

Keep in mind that the primary usage of this plugin is to only rotate "IMG" elements, however the experimental version of the plugin (ver.3) also rotates other elements (yet does not support so many older browsers). -

A fast image processing library with low memory needs
libvips is a demand-driven, horizontally threaded image processing library. Compared to similar libraries, libvips runs quickly and uses little memory. libvips is licensed under the LGPL 2.1+. It has around 300 operations covering arithmetic, histograms, convolution, morphological operations, frequency filtering, colour, resampling, statistics and others. It supports a large range of numeric types, from 8-bit int to 128-bit complex. Images can have any number of bands. It supports a good range of image formats, including JPEG, JPEG2000, JPEG-XL, TIFF, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF, FITS, Matlab, OpenEXR, PDF, SVG, HDR, PPM / PGM / PFM, CSV, GIF, Analyze, NIfTI, DeepZoom, and OpenSlide. It can also load images via ImageMagick or GraphicsMagick, letting it work with formats like DICOM. It comes with bindings for C, C++, and the command-line. Full bindings are available for Ruby, Python, PHP, C# / .NET, Go, and Lua. -

pybaselines is a Python library that provides many different algorithms for performing baseline correction on data from experimental techniques such as Raman, FTIR, NMR, XRD, XRF, PIXE, etc. The aim of the project is to provide a semi-unified API to allow quick testing and comparing multiple baseline correction algorithms to find the best one for a set of data. pybaselines has 50+ baseline correction algorithms. These include popular algorithms, such as AsLS, airPLS, ModPoly, and SNIP, as well as many lesser-known algorithms. Most algorithms are adapted directly from literature, although there are a few that are unique to pybaselines, such as penalized spline versions of Whittaker-smoothing-based algorithms. μPlot is a fast, memory-efficient Canvas 2D-based chart for plotting time series, lines, areas, ohlc & bars; from a cold start it can create an interactive chart containing 150,000 data points in 135ms, scaling linearly at ~25,000 pts/ms. In addition to fast initial render, the zooming and cursor performance is by far the best of any similar charting lib; at ~40 KB, it's likely the smallest and fastest time series plotter that doesn't make use of context-limited WebGL shaders or WASM, both of which have much higher startup cost and code size. However, if you need 60fps performance with massive streaming datasets, uPlot can only get you so far. WebGL should still be the tool of choice for applications like realtime signal or waveform visualizations: See danchitnis/webgl-plot, huww98/TimeChart, epezent/implot, or commercial products like LightningChart®. -
