Mazeman is an original puzzle game, somewhat like "chip's challenge" except it can generate new randomized puzzles from a carefully balanced array of elements. The objective is to find the gems amongst the other dynamic maze elements. A very terse and powerful scripting language and an integrated script debugger enable users to generate their own maze designs. Maze is a mesmerizing addictive and fascinating puzzle with a deceptively simple premise. Scripts allow new players to acquire skills gently and provide diabolically dastard puzzles for the expert. pRobot is something like Pokémon for computer scientists. Each player creates a computer program, a so-called pRobot. Then all the pRobots are thrown into a virtual arena, the war-ground. Within that arena they can walk, reproduce, and fight.

 The 2024 BigWorld Open Source Edition is a game engine project based on the secondary development of the 2014 BigWorld Open Source Edition. It is composed of game development enthusiasts from around the world and provides maintenance. We will abandon the original Bigworld client project and adopt Unreal Engine 5 and Unity3D as the client.  BigWorld Server supports dynamic load balancing, a feature that automatically and dynamically spreads user load across multiple cell apps on the same game server, allowing for large numbers of concurrent users to inhabit the same game space. In 1999, BigWorld ran a test simulating 900 entities on the same server.In 2005, large-scale tests were carried out at the IBM Deep Computing facility in Poughkeepsie, NY. BigWorld successfully demonstrated the linear scalability of its load-balancing technology by dynamically balancing 100,000 entities across various cell apps on a single server.
