Jainja is a JVM (Java Virtual Machine) written in Java. The VM is developed by using the smallest possible subset of Java in order to run on top of multiple environments : Java SE, JavaME, Android, Javascript, and even natively.

BitVisor is a tiny hypervisor initially designed for mediating I/O access from a single guest OS. Its implementation is mature enough to run Windows and Linux, and can be used as a generic platform for various research and development projects.

AtomVM implements from scratch a minimal Erlang VM that supports a subset of ErlangVM features and that is able to run unmodified BEAM binaries on really small systems like MCUs. AtomVM aims to be easily portable to new platforms with a minimum effort, so additional platforms might be supported in a near future. AtomVM is still in its early stages, but it can run simple applications similar to those available in examples and tests. This basically means that an instruction has not been implemented yet, or that an outdated version has been used. Please, make sure to always run AtomVM using latest version.

Binary Modular DataFlow Machine (BMDFM) is a software package that enables running an application in parallel on shared memory symmetric multiprocessing (SMP) computers using the multiple processors to speed up the execution of single applications. BMDFM automatically identifies and exploits parallelism due to the static and mainly dynamic scheduling of the dataflow instruction sequences derived from the formerly sequential program. The BMDFM dynamic scheduling subsystem performs a symmetric multiprocessing (SMP) emulation of a tagged-token dataflow machine to provide the transparent dataflow semantics for the applications. I needed something to automate QEMU quickly operate fast without having to worry about setting things up. I just wanted to get moving fast. It is designed just for that. This program emulate the Sega's System 16 arcade boards used by many Sega arcade game between 1987 & 1989 like Shinobi, Altered Beast or E-Swat. There is more than 20 existing System 16 games. baffle Is an extension to BF language (https://esolangs.org/wiki/brainfuck), which itself in turn is a extension of Turing machine. baffle extends BF by adding a stack, support for procedures, adding more arithmetic instructions, and a register. baffle can run original BF programs, and while it's not the fastest implementation of BF, but it's written in such a way that makes it easier to replace the instruction set, and to write similar languages.
