UPS is a source level C, C++ and Fortran debugger with an X windows interface. It's a very light debugger, but is quite efficient and works well. An ANSI compliant C interpreter is included.

baffle Is an extension to BF language (https://esolangs.org/wiki/brainfuck), which itself in turn is a extension of Turing machine. baffle extends BF by adding a stack, support for procedures, adding more arithmetic instructions, and a register. baffle can run original BF programs, and while it's not the fastest implementation of BF, but it's written in such a way that makes it easier to replace the instruction set, and to write similar languages. Every cell is a single byte, and the tape wraps.

Automation of Unit and System Tests. Tests can be implemented in any language and on many platforms. The flexible approach enables the inclusion of many types of tests, such as memory leak checks (using valgrind), coding rule checks, complexity checks, etc. Tests are run by a simple call to hwut in a base directory of a project. In particular for C, HWUT supports make file generation using 'sos' and 'sols' modes. Remote control-able function stubs may be generated using the 'stub' mode. Test cases can be generated using the 'gen' mode, and state machine walkers by the 'sm_walker' mode. Over the last decade HWUT has matured towards a full fledged unit test tool for a wide variety of applications.

MSEide is a Rapid Application Development IDE for platform independent rich GUI applications in the Pascal language. Why Is libxc needed? There doesn't exist a library for ANSI C99 for common data containers, such as vectors, trees, etc. There also also doesn't exist a library for common functionality, such as error reporting/logging, string functions, configuration management (reading config files), etc... The programmer working in C doesn't have anything analogous to the Boost C++ library. The extended C library is intended to make some headway into providing this functionality. To ensure unrestricted usage the libxc project is provided under the very permissive BSD license. There is NO NEED to rebuild your software, because LibHideIP is a pre-loadable library, meaning you just need to RUN the software with LibHideIP loaded. LibHideIP is also a development library. This library implements the serial commands supported by the Celestron NexStar hand control (HC) and SkyWatcher/Orion SynScan HC. It aims to provide a consistent development API across multiple platforms so that separate code does not have to be created for each (often very different) terminal interface; simply use the functions in STALLioN and compile with the correct library for the chosen platform.
