Peace equalizer is a Windows PC interface for Equalizer APO http://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo. Besides an system-wide audio equalizer on your Windows PC, Peace has an effects panel for balance, crossfeeding, delay, etc., a graph window and much more. In short: Peace is an equalizer and audio mixer for all your PC software on any Windows version from Vista to 11. Your configuration (e.g. EQ, preset, profile) can be saved and activated again by 1 click, hotkey, tray or desktop shotcut. Note: Your virus scanner may detect a virus in Peace.exe or PeaceSetup.exe. This is a false positive, more info on the forum. Install by running downloaded PeaceSetup.exe. Equalizer APO has to be installed first. This tool corrects the bug in versions 1.3.0 and earlier of Equalizer APO. The bug causes the Configuration Editor to crash at startup. This bug occurs after detaching the analysis panel (lower graph window) of the editor. And it's removed by deleting the 'windowState' registry key item from the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\EqualizerAPO\Configuration Editor' key. Instead of the Configuration Editor you might want to try the Peace equalizer interface: https://sourceforge.net/projects/peace-equalizer-apo-extension This app is fully maintained contrary to the Configuration Editor.

Versatile Interface for Benchmarking Equalizer APO by using its Benchmarking.exe tool. Use Vibe to create the following files of your Equalizer APO filter/equalization setup: * An impulse response .wav file, mainly used for convolution by a media/music player or Equalizer APO itself. * A frequency response .wav file by doing a sine sweep. * A response .wav file by using your own input sound .wav file. Vibe can also be used for exporting your equalization from the Peace equalizer https://sourceforge.net/projects/peace-equalizer-apo-extension/ the popular interface for Equalizer APO available here on SourceForge. Select your eq configuration and use Vibe to create an impulse response file. Then use this file in any app with convolution filtering including Equalizer APO. It filters (equalizes) the audio of this app. For instance, HQ Player 4 Desktop is such an app.

Behavior: When launched, first checks if sound blaster exists. If it does, it restarts the program to bring up the window (otherwise, it is impossible for autoit to make it visible). Otherwise just start program. Then, it does its own version of hiding the window (otherwise it is impossible to re-show it). Now whenever the switching hotkey is pressed, it quickly shows the window, clicks the toggle key, then hides it again. To download, either get the exe or compile the au3 with autoit. Usage: Run as admin if it fails to alt-tab out of games. First off, please note that there are 3 modules not included in the .exe so I compiled these to a .zip to make for a quicker download. Extract the .zip and keep all files together. It's pretty self-explanatory. Run the .exe, on first run you are forced to put in new hotkeys. You can select modifiers, but you don't have to. Only one modifier can be used per hotkey. Select a key from the keylist (Drop down menu). In order for the program to work you must select a hotkey for every command. IE: Play/Pause, Next & Previous.
