Gtk-WARNING if you kill the "more options" window

If you kill the "more options" dialog window using the
window manager controls (rather than the cancel button)
then Gtk issues the following warning:

Gtk-WARNING **: invalid cast from `(unknown)' to `GtkCList'

Repeat by:

Click "more options" button
Kill the dialog window
