Wordpress files back-up fails

Reported by: mikej888 Owned by: burley
Keywords: SOG HA_BACKUPS WORDPRESS Cc:
Private: no

Description

While working through "Migrating Wordpress from Hosted Apps to Project Web" (https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/community-docs/Migrating%20WP%20from%20Hosted%20Apps/)...

Selected Project Admin -> Features, Backups row, Hosted Apps link:
---
Instance to backup: ogsa-dai
Content to backup: Files
Content format: plain
Application to backup: wordpress
---
Fails with "The website cannot display the page" as does selecting Content format: gzip or bzip2

I'm aware this is very likely same issue as #26128 and #25980 so feel free to mark all as duplicates.

Backing up the Wordpress database works fine (as does the rest of the migration instructions)

Greetings,

Even if they are duplicates, we may just end up providing each of you with your data dump at project specific location, so it's better to keep these tickets separate.

I'm escalating this to our operations team to handle.

Has there been any progress on this? Or should we just accept the files as lost?

I tried a backup using "curl" rather than going via the web interface,

curl -k --user SFUSER:SFPASSWORD \
 -o wpfiles.tar.gz
 -d content=Files \
 -d format=gzip \
 -d app=wordpress \
 https://sourceforge.net/apps/backup/ogsa-dai/

and can retrieve the files.
