Project Migration: packfilemanager

Reported by: iamdaniu Owned by: ctsai
Keywords: ENGR NF-3820 Cc: lordmaximus77
Private: no

I'm interested in having my project migrated, please contact me when this is available.

I'm a bit confused about the Migration Information Page:
it states "Subversion repository" as available for migration, but "Trac & SVN integration" as unsupported...
We do need subversion integration, I'm assuming it's supported and the latter point means something else.

Thank you

The latter point is specifically referring to the integration between the Trac Hosted App and SVN. As you are not using the Trac Hosted App, it sounds like everything's fine for us to migrate? Please confirm and I can migrate your project.

Yes that is correct; we're okay to migrate.
Thank you.

I tried to migrate your project, but there were some errors. I'm escalating this to our engineering team to investigate. Once they've fixed these errors, we can try the migration again: https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/tickets/3820/

Your project has been converted. Your source repositories were migrated to the new setup, which means that you and any other developers should do a fresh checkout using the new repository location (see the "code" tab).

If you are using SVN, I also recommend that you use the svn+ssh:// protocol for read/write operations. This will perform faster than https, but more importantly, we have also observed corruption issues when performing write operations via https. Our team is investigating this, but it'll be safest to avoid writing via https for the time being.

Please report any issues to us as new tickets.
