All Projects "Browse Files" broken when JavaScript is off

Reported by: eternal_newbie Owned by: hinojosa

For all projects, browse files is broken when JavaScript is switched off. You can only view and download files inthe most recent release. Links to view older releases appear clickable, but all that happens is that the page refreshes. On many complex projects, OxygenOffice for one (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ooop/files/), the most recently released files are not necessarily the ones you actually want to download. While I realise that I can ftp into a Sourceforge mirror, sometimes you want to check up on project news and then decide to download a file, or just download a file while browsing. Turning on JavaScript for this is annoying.

Confirmed in FF3.0.11 and Opera 9.64 on WinXP SP3 and Slackware 12.2 and Midori (webkit) on Slackware 12.2
