Review materialization for inline IVs.

Review the materialization of inline IVs. We probably do not need to materialize them during the query evaluation for filters, but if we change the code to NOT materialize them for filters then we might need to add an exception to ensure materialization occurs when we materialize the top-level projection of the query as openrdf BindingSets?
