Unfortunately the Lame encoder only supports mono or stereo input. As Steven said I think ffmpeg would be the best option, especially when downmixing using the default algorithm may not give results, so you may require some trial and error to get output that's properly mixed.

I think I know what the issue is, would you be able to post your config.cfg file from AppData?

Windows has some issues when the filenames get too long (including the full path name), we try to catch many of these cases to throw a clean error, but the only real solution is to move or rename your files so they don't hit this limit.

The file appears to be corrupted, if I decode the file manually I get this error: 02 - What About Us.flac: *** Got error code 2:FLAC__STREAM_DECODER_ERROR_STATUS_FRAME_CRC_MISMATCH 02 - What About Us.flac: ERROR while decoding data state = FLAC__STREAM_DECODER_ABORTED I'm not sure why the error isn't being detected by Flacsquisher, but there's an explanation at least.

In that results window you can double-click any entry to see the full error message. Can you post that? Can you also attach one of the files that didn't work?
