    If you're using Mono FTP implementation (that is, if you're using the "Synchronize active database with a file/URL" action specifying a FTP URL), then yes, there are issue with that.     I intervene to say that my "curl" trigger here https://sourceforge.net/p/keepass/bugs/1755/#cd60 still works perfectly on my system (KeePass 2.45, Ubuntu 20.04). Probably the UI freezes because something goes wrong in one of the steps (connection hangs, command fails, etc). I say that because when I changed my FTP password a couple months ago, I forgot to update the KeePass trigger, and it started failing with that exact consequence.

    Yes, the project is abandoned :( This is because of my everyday job and other personal projects as well. Also, I slowly lost interest in this project in particular, since I'm not a freelancer anymore (thus I don't personally need this) and also because today there are tons of todo desktp+mobile apps where everything is synced on the cloud, so Todomoo, I think, it's not quite relevant as it could be a decade ago. I'm not planning moving it to GitHub, but if someone want to fork and keep working on...

    Triggers system is accessibile from Tools menu, then Triggers... There you can click "Add..." for manually entering events and actions, or you can use the "Tools" button to paste the XML that you previously copied in the clipboard (CTRL+C):
