Can you explain how to "manually fill the regions 0x200 to 0x20000, 0x1000 to 0x200 from the end of the file"? I have created a 500GB file container. Becasue there is no option for "quick format", it is taking hours (>24h hr) to format. I intented on filling the entire file container with data...
