I have some files,when I run the perl script different file will have different result. For example: Use of uninitialized value $input in <handle> at mergeSegments.pl line 127. readline() on unopened filehandle at mergeSegments.pl line 127. Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference at mergeSegments.pl line 215. This is some files run the script appear this error and no anything output.
