I would like to keep track of time (task?) i get to solve any issue, so i'm thinking about buy that https://store.itophub.io/en_US/products/itop-time-tracking I can make a keyword but i can't find the function for exporting task/workOrder as reporting all interventions that i made. Maybe i'm working in the wrong way ?

Same thing with more edits, do i have to enable the CSV import to create user somewhere ?
