[FIX][IMP] Fixing Tiki References that were broken since a few version and improving the feature and options (better code, better admin and user interface). Added MLA style, autocomplete ref, adding biblio code automatically. All was demonstrated during February TRM.

[FIX]Missing file that were not added on previous commit and small change for better behavior.

[FIX] canonical and og:url tag were missing when listing a file gallery. May be improved: I tried to use the sefurl:file existing tag (I check in route.php) to keep consistancy like all other canonical of the file but the constructed url was wrong (dl instead of file) so I constructed it manually.

[TRA] Missing translations

[FIX] Missing description for file gallery in the metatags that are used by social medias

[FIX] Percent and Max resizing work only if image source is from file galleries. (thanks Jonny for guidance)
