    My attempt from May to install Dlib failed. I abandoned my need for Dlib and went on to other projects. Just yesterday I found the reason for the failure: a boost library with "...python3...lib" was actually refering to python27.lib. I don't recall where that ilbrary came from.     Thank you for the suggestion - however, it yielded the same results. I installed python from the official site (not WinPython). Fresh download of Dlib. It still looks for python27.lib. I searched all the project files, and all c,cpp,h, etc file for python27 and found no occurrence. So where is the need for python27 coming from?

    I cannot install DLib for Python. I have spent way too much time on this. Windows 10 64bit Dlib 19.4.0 Boost 1.64.0 Installed with python and python3 libraries Visual Studio 14 2015 (32 and 64 bit). Environment variables point to Python 3.5 64 bit (none point to Python 2.7 which was uninstalled with no change) Boost libraries are found - no error (I had the error with wrong Boost install).
