I have created a website using KompoZer and when I go to test it in KompoZer all the pages open up with know problems but the published website on GoDaddy does not allow me to open the linked pages. For some reason the titles to the linked pages begin with an upper case letter despite the pages titles not beginning with an upper case letter in the CP file manager of GoDaddy, see image. The files that were uploaded to the file manager do not have an upper case letter at the beginning of the page titles....
