Well MATLAB does not seem to add eeglab/fucntions/resources folder in the addpath. When I changed the folder name "resources" to "resource", it works. Thanks a lot!

Thanks Joe, I have followed the instructions and however, when I plotted 3d, the same message was shown. Everything seems fine when I loaded the EP. The following messages are what I got when starting up EP toolkit. I did not quite get what it means and I added the path of the fieldtrip and the EEGlab with subdirectories. Any guidance is much appreciated! Xiaoming ep Warning: It appears that the subdirectories of fieldtrip were not added to the path using ft_defaults. This means that there are subdirectories are on the path that should not be, which can destabilize Matlab. See tutorial file for details. Warning: You have a binary ICA program...

Dear Joseph, I enjoyed using the PCA toolbox and when I am plotting the 3D from the View->topo, the following error messages are shown. I'm not sure if this message has something to do with the version of the toolboxes (I'm using the EP toolkit 268, EEGlab14_0_0b and MATLAB R2019a) or if I am missing one of the files, so that this issue can be fixed appropriately. Given I was running the toolbox in a Chinese system, I am translating the symbols into English in "[ ]". Your guidance is much appreciated!...

Thanks much for your reply! Does it mean if one gets one temporal component from running one PCA anlaysis and would like to compare the factor scores for each experimental condition, it does not matter whether the statistical analysis is based on the mean within a time window or the peak of that component? When do we need to define the window for a certain temporal spatial factor?

Hi Joseph, Thank you so much for the wonderful toolbox!! I am running linear mixed regressions on four conditions on multiple continuously windowed data (by every 50ms) based on a ts-PCA file. I did this because the PCA figure showed the component spanned for hundreds of ms. The purpose is to examine the change of the effects as a function of time within each ts-PCA component. What I found is that the stats values (i.e. the F value, t value, p value) were identical for relevant differences between...

Sorry I wasn't clear - I was trying to save the results of one factor of a ts-PCA. Now I've got the outputs (in microvolts) for the factor in each collapsed condition. I saved them in .txt. Thanks also for recommending the article.

Thanks Joe! I have created the combined condition in 'Edit' and it looks fine. When I save the data, the outputs were by component by condition and values look pretty small (all < 1). I wanted to export the voltages and I wasn't sure if the output values were factor loading scores or voltages? I did not find how to control data unit for export in the tutorial. Could you help me with this? Thanks again!

Hi Joe, I really enjoyed using ERPPCA toolbox. I am trying to plot the waveforms on a component in "View". I had four conditions and would like to show two collapsed conditions with each combining two original conditions by averaging them. Do you know if there is a way to do that in the toolbox? Is there a way I can export the voltage data for a component per condition I imported into the PCA? I can extract the mean voltage from a certain window in the "Window". Can I get the values per data sample...
