I can't find preamp.txt file, where did you find?

Using Razer Freyja Haptic chair with APO no matter which Heusvi I choose just letting it work in the mix causing the chair to stop vibrating properly, like it loses all the bass. I tried many sound cards and it happened on all of them no matter if it's LGX/MFX/SFX on any of them. I have no idea why it is happening. does anyone have any idea what and how can I fix this?

Weird.... on windows 11 when using Voice Meeter and installing SFX/MFX on the virtual everything seems fine until I use Youtube and using higher speed than x1 the voice sound weird like robotic muffle and no HRIR would affect the sound no matter what. only when I go back to LFX/GFX it would be fine same as everything else and HRIR would change the sound. weirdest thing I wouldn't though possible... that's the test I wanted to know the differences

WASAPI causes issue for me with the Frejya chair because the sound comes directly from the source. so it is causing issue.
