Thanks for the quick reply and the detail on the settings file! That helped me narrow down the issues. I guess I have a complicated scenario, and I made it worse while trying to make it work. I have been using iCopy for years - it's by far the easiest way for my parents to "make photocopies" from a separate scanner to the laser printer on the network. Their computer got migrated to Windows 10 recently. They use non-administrative accounts.
