    Thanks for the quick reply and the detail on the settings file! That helped me narrow down the issues. I guess I have a complicated scenario, and I made it worse while trying to make it work. Going from memory a bit, I originally installed with the full installer and default settings. Then tested with my administrative login.     I have been using iCopy for years - it's by far the easiest way for my parents to "make photocopies" from a separate scanner to the laser printer on the network. Their computer got migrated to Windows 10 recently. They use non-administrative accounts. What has been happening with the current version of iCopy is when someone makes a PDF, the path of that document was saved into the iCopy.settings file, and the next person to use it, if they were making a direct copy to a printer, got a weird pop-up...
