Wonderful! Thanks man! I've already been using this tool since I wrote this ticket, and I liked it ever since! It's so nice to be able to do TTS from images, unselectable Windows UI elements, and game dialogs (Stellaris in my case so far)! Thanks a bunch for making it awesome so far!

    Paragraph Capture?

Huh, that's interesting. Thanks for the info, I shall give it a try. Any idea why cmd.exe and the others behave differently to vcxsrv though?

I also have this issue. Constant 3% CPU use without any clients connected. Any news?

Q: Can VcXsrv be made to yield focus to windows apps?

Would indeed be nice if this project was hosted on GitHub. Is there anything blocking migration?

Mistery solved: it was the Google Play Music extension. The strange thing was that its hijacking didn't show up in the proper settings section where keyboard shortcuts are supposed to be listed. Disabling the extension restored sanity. Case closed.

Nevermind, seems to be a false alarm, guys. It seems chrome (or more likely a chrome extension) is hijacking my media keys. I'll investigate further.

    Media keys (play/pause/skip) potentially broken?

Ryan: WRT rearrange: Not necessarily. If you space all windows exactly one screen-size apart, then all of them could grow and shring without ever being able to overlap with any other. And if we make the virtual desktop 10x width and height of physical screen, that would mean 100 windows could fit without overlap. The only question in my mind is: Could this be efficiently done with X? Related idea: Just put all windows on its own virtual desktop.

Fix idea: Would it be possible to space out all the windows in the X desktop environment in a way that they never overlap, and not propagate their position when the user changes the Windows windows positions over to X? That way the painted overlap would never happen. Might break a few apps which rely on the actual windows being moved in X. Is there even such an app? I don't remember using any. But even if there is, I suspect this could be a fix for 95-99% of users. We could make it configurable so...
