Hi there, I don't know if this is the right place to leave this, but I had a bit of trouble getting ddclient to work on FreeBSD with IPv6 interfaces. I found the IPv6 patch by Eduardo Trápani but since it was rather Linux centric, it didn't work out of the box. So I made it a bit more sturdy when it comes to other Unix flavors by relying only on ifconfig. It's still a rather crude hack to obtain the address, but it works as intended. The part with the configuration directory should be accounted for...
