OK, but explaim me please how did I requested for this? There is no setting for this. KeePass window is already created (empty, like started without database) in the system while I type master password on secure desktop, application is fully loaded, only the document isn't opened yet. (to explain this more: KP is set to reopen last database at start) Key transformation is set to ~5 seconds. I switch to a web browser, start typing a login/mail and bam! half of it lands in KP quick search instead....

I've upgraded to 2.43 and was very happy seeing "Added workaround for .NET initial focus bug." however it seems that did not fixed the problem… :( OS: WinXP .NET: 4.0.30319 (if I'm checking correctly) The only used plugin is KeeAgent 0.11.2, but I have it disabled for the tests. However the difference I noticed is that focus is totally moved to KeePass, so task list is swiched to KP and alt-tab order is ok now. But focus is still stolen after decrytpting db.

What are you talking about? I didn't asked for this. I said the state (enabled/disabled) of the three focus settings does not matter. Apart from the fact that they are not quite related to this issue and I couldn't find any other focus setting.

I have enabled lock database on minimize so probably it wouldn't work well this way. I don't know how this would be a Windows thing as no other application goes on top each time it changes its window content/controls. After entering a password on a secure desktop KP opens with blank window and a progress bar indicating it decrypts a database. Then I switch back to other stuff and after those 5 seconds KP pops up with its window and I finish typing in the quick search box instead of where I was supposed...
