    Hi Stephen Now I've spend some time with yad2xx code and the libMPSSE-sources, but the last is really confusing me. At first, see how libMPSSE toggles the cs pin. There is a function defined in file ftdi_spi.c at line 1175, called FT_STATUS SPI_ToggleCS().
