Hi David, I mainly just wanted a way to key the transmitter remotely from the wireless headset - I've actually got this working now on my setup. I can flip the boom mic down to tx and lift it up to rx,. I just need to test it on air :) The program monitoring the headset state sends udp messages to FreeDV, which only allows requests from the local machine so the risk is low if the machines firewall is well configured. Adding a user-configured password would lower the risks from a misconfigured firewall...

Ok, I found the Event / UDP control stuff that's been neglected and hidden from the UI. I'm currently working on a separate config dialog and getting it back to operational... I'll add a patch when I have it working for me,

PTT control by other prgrams

As there seems to be no activity by the maintainers here as far as updated releases, I thought I'd be nice and upload binaries of my current version to save people having to roll their own. Contains both a 32-bit windows EXE, and a 64-bit linux binary built on slackware 14.2 (but should run on most distributions). Don't forget to scan for viruses just in case :)

I know this is an old post, but ran those figures in my copy with 3200fps (probably a tad slow for .223) and it says windage of 7MOA@1000.
