Already tried that. I disabled all the security features in Windows including the firewall and exploit protection. I also tried removing the Realtek Control Panel from my Gigabyte motherboard but no luck. The only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling windows from scratch. I guess I'll buy a mini dsp :'( Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

hello. I can't use Equalizer APO and Peace at all due to the Equalizer APO Configurator not opening. I tried disabling antiviruses, tamper protection and all the security options and it's still not working. I have Windows 10 Pro 22H2. What should I do? Thank you in advance!
