Hi Keith, thanks a lot for your efforts. I'm going on holidays for 2 weeks and won't be able to look at the case during this time (due to being nearly completely offline). Regards, Werner

Hi Keith, I'm using kdewebdev3-3.5.10-93.1.x86_64 from the openSUSE Build Service. The package can be found in the http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE3/openSUSE_Leap_42.3/ repository. In Quanta, I go to Settings->Plugins and see a red cross in front of the filename. There I see 'kde3/libkxsldbgpart.la', but there is no matching xsl package in the repo: # zypper se -r KDE_3.5.10 | grep xsl | gambas2-gb-xml | The Gambas XML components based on the libxml and libxslt libraries | package...

Thank you, Keith, compilation and installation works like a charm :). zypper informed me in the beginning that there are no packages like libxslt and libxml2, but searched for the capabilities in all packages and found libxslt-tools and libxml2-tools, respectively. Now I must figure out how to announce xsldbg to Quanta, it still complains about the missing xsldbg functionality. Thanks a lot, again! Werner

Hi Keith, qmake wasn't installed. To get it, I had to zypper in libqt4-devel, which caused 65 packages to be installed. Well, I changed into /usr/local/src/xsldbg-3.1.7/src and did a qmake && make, resulting in cd libxsldbg/ && make -f Makefile make[1]: Entering directory '/usr/local/src/xsldbg-3.1.7/src/libxsldbg' make[1]: Nothing to be done for 'all'. make[1]: Leaving directory '/usr/local/src/xsldbg-3.1.7/src/libxsldbg' cd libqtnotifier/ && make -f Makefile make[1]: Entering directory '/usr/local/src/xsldbg-3.1.7/src/libqtnotifier'...

For some reason, the package zypper-aptitude has been installed as a dependency, and this package provides /usr/bin/apt-get. I removed this packed now. I do not know yum too well, but I think that zypper does a lot more ;) Do you recognize the respective yum commands from the following overview? # LANG=C zypper help Usage: zypper [--global-options] <command> [--command-options] [arguments] zypper <subcommand> [--command-options] [arguments] Global Options: --help, -h Help. --version, -V Output the...
