"filesystem" is a base package in Fedora and can't be removed. You obviously used alien to create RPM packages which is known to produce buggy RPM packages. The error lies in the spec file. Instead of %files %dir %attr(0775, root, root) "/" %dir %attr(0775, root, root) "/opt" %dir %attr(0775, root, root) "/opt/astap" %attr(0775, root, root) "/opt/astap/astap" %attr(0664, root, root) "/opt/astap/astap.ico" %attr(0664, root, root) "/opt/astap/copyright.txt" %attr(0666, root, root) "/opt/astap/deep_sky.csv"...
