Yes - you can have multiple Snapraid configs on the same server - I am currently running 3 24-drive Snapraid configurations (with triple parity) and then use Stablebit Drivepool to create a single large pool. The key that I found was to make sure to identify and label each Snapraid config/disks distinct from each other to lessen confusion.
