The developer probably got its account compromised, and an infected release had been published. I reached the security team, and they have deleted this infected release.

The developer probably got its account compromised, and an infected release had been published. Good news: I reached the security team, and they have deleted this infected release (which was 4.6.0.1, modification date 2020). You can confidently download the real latest release, which is 4.6. Just make sure the modification date is 2016 on the file listing.
