Minor: Fanart not following Fanart Sizing

I run Windows 10 with my media mounted from a NAS as windows share on z:\ (same config.xml as in my other ticket produce this error to). I usually have no problems with date. Windows can see all 3 of creation time, modified time, and access time. And all 3 have valid values. I have ran rsync on the files and it has no problem detecting dates. Sure, created a new test setup with only two movies. Attaching current config.xml. Still the same result, fanart.tv goes to root of the drive where MC is running from. I have not tried to run MC from z:\ were i have my media. If you think it could make a difference i could try it also. Also i don't run it from c:\ don't know if that makes a difference since i don't know if MC would have access to root of drive then. I can add that the "Rebuild Movie nfo files" also put the wrong date in, it puts the current time into <dateadded></dateadded> instead of the correct added time based on the movie file.

Happens every time for me just tested with a 20mb clip named it "Matrix (1999).mp4" in folder "Matrix (1999)". 8 Images ended up in the root of the drive representing the 8 checkboxes in fanart.tv art selection. And 3 files in Matrix folder (movie.nfo, poster.jpg, fanart.jpg)
