Hi all, while I'm extracting date and time of a video file using MediaInfo package I'm getting none in the line file_extension = MI.Get(Stream.General, 0, "FileExtension"). Interestingly I'm able to extract outside my virtual environment but not in virtual environment. Kindly, help me out regarding this.
