That's perfect, thank you!
Apologies. I figured out what happened. When I try to decrypt emails now, by default, the prompt selects the "Save in Keychain" button. So, GPG automatically saved my passphrase into my keychain. I have removed the passphrase from my keychain and I get prompted again. Now, however, each time I get prompted to type my GPG password, the prompt has the "Save in Keychain" option selected. How can I get this unselected by default? I don't want to save my passphrase in the Keychain ever.
Hi! Thank you for the response! It was currently set to 10 minutes. I have not had to type a password since this upgrade, so it's been much longer than 10 minutes. Regardless, I tried setting it to zero as you suggested. This has had no effect. Further, I also tried selecting "Clear Saved Passphrase" from the Enigmail menu. This has also had no effect. Any other suggestions would be great! Thank you again for the help so far!
Hi! I've used Enigmail with Thunderbird for years now. I currently use it on MacOS. Recently, I received an update notification from Enigmail. Ever since then, emails decrypt automatically. Even if I have not entered a password in a long time. I have tried clicking the "Clear Saved Passphrase" button, but messages still decrypt automatically. Previously, Enigmail would prompt for a password and after entering it the message would be decrypted. Now, it just decrypts even if I have not entered a password....
