reinstalled the plugin in EqualizerAPO\VSTPlugins, it didn't help.

i have the same issue with Equalizer APO 1.3. tried to use Izotope Nectar 3 (3.6.2a) to tune my mic. it works, but the signal pauses about every 30 sec for 1 second. the issue remains even if the plugin is actually bypassed but powered on in the Equalizer APO.
